WELCOME II Programme - Promoting the return of researchers to the European Research Area

The WELCOME II Programme will fund port-doc researchers residing and carrying out research in Third Countries for at least 3 years, to be integrated in Portuguese institutions. Call launch: October 1st, 2010. Deadline for application submission: December 12th, 2010, at 17:00.
